I've used NVL in the past and they've been efficient and they keep their commitments. The communication is good throughout the move. Everything was done very professionally and carefully. Everyone lived up to their standards and everyone was good. I felt like they cared about handling my items. We did have some things that were not packed initially but the driver packed them the next day when they arrived to load. The overall professionalism and communication influenced my rating. Everything that the rep said while doing the estimate happened. The driver was a good person and did what he said he would. I hope the driver is present on my next delivery. The rep kept me informed of the time frames and was awesome. The driver was nice and called ahead of time and let me know the arrival time. In the past I did not have a good expereince with other moving companies. I like the overall move with the rep. My rating was influenced by the good communication between the driver and myself. I am very satisfied with the entire move. They were very professional, dressed in uniform, respected everything, helpful and made sure that everything was packed properly. Everything was perfect. The del tm del my goods early and the del tm did everything they were suppose to do.
