The professionalism of the crew who packed and unloaded. I hope the crew who packed and unloaded gets a lot of credit because they were very good. The driver was the loader, unloader, and packer. The driver was professional, good, and friendly. I would request the driver again. I am very pleased with the move. Driver was very professional. My origin agents were extremely helpful. Everybody well coordinated & made it very easy to over across country for me. The driver was very prompt and courteous with interactions with me and my wife. The driver was careful with the transport of goods. The rep that came to my home was courteous and gave me an excellent estimate. The coordinator, Jessica Heath was professional & answered all of my questions. The crew was on time and careful. northAmerican suggested the vendors we used to move our grand-father clock. It was del broken & the agent from the vendor came to our home & suggested we get the clock fixed at our own cost. The driver was awesome, the rep hit everything on the head, there were no surprises and everything went as planned. The people that were coordinating influenced my rating. Everything went fine. I didn't have to worry about anything. The overall professionalism in caring and being on time, the coordinator, sales person, driver and unloaders. North American was prompt and concerned about our delivery here and the delivery at the other two destinations. I am only speaking for the part of the load that came to my home.
