The on time service and the overall professionalism of the crew. There were no hick-ups in the process. Everyone was very polite and caring throughout the whole process. I had glass tabletops that needed to be crated. There were items in a separate storage room as well.

The overall service that I received during this process was good. Everyone was professional and polite.

The moving crew was a 5 out of 5. Jr and his crew would be great to have. The people that delivered my belongings, they did so well on the loading end. I would like them to finish the job.

I had a pleasant experience and everyone followed through. They showed up on time, the communication was good and I would definitely recommend North American.

They were professional and on time did everything they promised and they were very patient and polite.

The prices were reasonable than the other companies, everyone was friendly, happy to help and walk me through the process.

The care and the timing and the attitude of the people involved. The delivery date was delayed by a week.

Starting w/ the rep he explained everything thoroughly. The prices were as I was told and reasonable. The whole move was pleasant because of the movers. The crew was awesome. The crew was very careful w/ the floors and they did three trips to get my stuff and they did great.

Just the way that the crew handled everything. The way that everything was taken care of and the overall process was smooth.

The local agents and the driver were very nice, careful, helpful, and accommodating. I enjoyed working with them because they were very pleasant.

It was a great experience overall. 3 days before the move they charged us an additional amount with was 500 additional dollars for the move. We lived in a condo in Mass. They said that it was because of the neighborhood we lived in.

The driver was outstanding, friendly, called ahead to coordinate with me, professional and gave me his cell #.

We were very satisfied with what the del team did. They did what they were supposed to. We were told it would be picked on Monday, but they came on Saturday. We were called on Friday to let us know.

I have never experienced such caring & courteous ppl. They stuck w/ me so I could relax. I truly appreciated it. The driver & workers were great. They were very good loading & unloading.

From the packing to the driver. The delivery was on time and I liked the communication. The driver let me knew what time he will be here.

The team showed up on time and packed our things very securely. I have unpacked a few things b/c therest are in storage. It was a painless procedure.

Everything across the board was excellent They took great care of al the items. I felt really good about the move.

Whenever I call Chapman Nelson, he always answers the phone, and I love that. Reps never stopped for a break. The driver was wonderful and prompt.

I was extremely satisfied with everything, the price was fair, everyone was cordial, and everything went well.

They were punctual and they did everything they were asked to do. They were well coordinated there, but when we got to Idaho it was awful. They went from a crew of five to a crew of two.

I was really impressed with the driver and crew, Phillip and Steve. They were friendly and took really good care of me.

They were able to take care of the things I asked about. I asked that the mattresses be protected. So they packed them in clear bags & a box. The communication was great. They were careful & timely.

The care that was shown to my goods and the communication with the rep and the driver was all good. I had a specific move week and we hoped to move a little sooner but it's minor. We asked for the del on Sun and they were able to del on Sat. They crew did take care of our special items.

It was a very easy process. I was out of the country when it was happening. I was very pleased. I arrived to my old apartment and found everything ready for me.

From the beginning to the end, you definitely wanted to do the job. Every question was answered promptly, came on time, driver was personable, wore the booties and had the runners down. Everything seemed to click. Connection with the drivers, all nice guys.

The organization of it was good. I like the follow-up calls that they made. They kept me updated on the move.

I received everything as promised. They treated my goods as if they were their own. They were clean. Mike was an extraordinary representative. Movers were extremely accommodating.

The attitude of the driver and his crew was outstanding and I really was impressed with how they handled the move. Yes I would recommend this company.

I had a wonderful driver. Beltman the contracting company was exquisite. They went beyond my expectations.

Everything from beginning to end, from pick-up to delivery, everything was great. As long as we have can get the rest of our stuff I will be pleased. I'm anticipating the rest of our stuff. We got most of our stuff. Everything was in perfect condition.

There were some discrepancies regarding the timeline of when I would be contacted by the coordinator. The crew however, was very professional, helpful and nice.

I liked the communication that I had with Ryan Smith and Tracy. They helped me to feel comfortable with the move and they were phenomenal.

The people that I dealt with was professional, honest, and courteous. The movers were great. The 2 guys that moved me was very hard-working They carried up 4 flights of stairs. They took care of it.

Everything was done professionally. All my things got here properly. I was happy. I have told my friends that you did a good job.

The initial estimate was low and we paid additional to have it stored. I was very satisfied until there was some over flow & we needed a 2nd truck. It was far behind our original estimate and it went down hill from there. The crew did fine. The estimator low balled it.

The driver and his crew was excellent. They were very kind and respectful to my family. I would use the same crew if I were to move again.

I was really satisfied with the movers overall especially the driver who packed us up. The people who unloaded us did a good job also. We still have to settle the pick up of the packing material but the loading was good.

All I saw was the loading. They were here when they said they would be. They took care of my items. They were courteous.

North American Van Lines was polite and accommodating. There were a few things that were roughed up a little bit.

Tyler the driver and the condition of my goods on the del was good. Everything that led me into the del was good also.

There was only one thing, when the guys did the unloading they stepped on the lawn instead of going through the main entrance. They kind of got the carpet dirty.

The way the crew and the driver did everything showed that they treated us well. I was very impressed with the job they did.

The move was flawless, every one was nice, professional and my items arrived unharmed. However, the price was high in my opinion but I'm happy.

North American kept me updated and informed about any information or changes. I was very satisfied with the communication.

They were absolutely professional, did an excellent job, and over communicated. I trusted them to do a great job and they did everything they said they'd do. I'd ask for them again. I'd recommend them (team) to my friends. The local agent and driver and his crew both packed items.

I hear a lot of horror stories from those who had used moving services. I experience none of that. My expectations were surpassed with this move.

The driver was fantastic, experienced, professional, and a great driver overall. It was really great because of the driver, he made the whole experience. I had two different crews.

The overall experience. The professionalism. The treatment from the driver & his crew. Everything was well taken care of & they packed everything well. There was a lot of respect shown. The coordinator called every day. When she was off on the weekend she even had a replacement person call for her.

Danny Collins, the driver was very nice. He arrived early and he kept me informed on the whole move process.
