The care and communication with the driver and his crew. We have used North American Van Lines twice.

Everything went exactly as planned & it was planned exactly as it should of been. We have had lots of moves but the rep, Ezra, was the most incredible so far. Ezra did exactly what he said would do. The driver, Mark Hallett, was amazing.

The care and communication with handling our goods. I expected the delivery within 4 days but they were in and out much sooner.

I have used North American before in the past. My experience was good, the communication was as well, the packing was done accordingly, and overall it was a good move. The move was ahead of schedule and I was very satisfied.

The care they used to pack my things. They were very friendly and trustworthy. They worked together and I was comfortable with them.

Mr. Fitzpatrick did a great job with the estimate. The crew did an amazing job with my items. We had an issue because they gave me a different loading time. The coordinator gave the movers the wrong time. The crew did an outstanding job. They handled everything with care.

It was the driver, we discussed his communication, he kept me informed, and I was very pleased with everything the driver did for us. The driver was in charge of the loading and the unloading team.

The level of service and the way everybody communicated. The driver was very nice and kept us informed.

From April viewing our house and giving us the estimate. We sold our home ahead time and North American was thorough and helpful with adjusting the plan. The loading and unloading crew was extremely awesome and helpful.

I liked the driver for pick up/delivery he was very caring, I also had great communication Beverly Davenport.

I was completely satisfied with all the people involved. They were polite and did everything I asked of them.

The driver did a great job, he was courteous, on time & del when promised. He was very pleasant to my parents when he came.The coordinator Debra,was very helpful,easy to get a hold of & accommodating.

The local agent, driver, and the guys who helped to unload were awesome. The customer service was great as well.

The packers and movers did a very good job. the people who moved the stuff and unloaded it all did an excellent job.

North American was really good about following up and keeping me informed throughout the whole move process.

I think it was the first contact w/ the rep that came to my home. It was a little delay on the time of pick up. They kept me informed of everything. Things went as promised. The gentleman went over and beyond. He washed the wheels and wore foot covers. He was very good w/ my home. Give him a raise.

The driver and the coordinator was excellent. They had to use a dolly to transport the heavier furniture down our steep driveway.

I was very satisfied. Everyone did a good job. This the 3rd time I've used North American but this was the best group.

The overall experience. They did everything they said they would do. They were on time. It was the overall move.

They were very helpful w/us. We had some things to pack. They moved the things that we did have. They thanked us. They made the del b/f the date. The driver was good. We liked Danny, the driver.

I was given excellent service & the team was very proactive on where things would be packed and placed.

I sold some of my items to lighten up my load and with my certified check I was able to pay the exact price for the services. When they arrived to me they helped me to save money. The team did a great job.

THE COMMUNICATION FROM AGENT, THE FOLLOW THROUGH AND THE INTERACTION WITH US DURING PACKING, COMMUNICATION WAS THE BEST THING, BRAD WAS EXCELLENT WITH CONCERNS DURING MOVE.

They were very professional and things were done like they said. They called and came on time. I was really pleased.

The driver and tm communicated well. They kept in contact with us. The tm was good but there was way too much packing paper. Our entertainment center was taken apart.

I have been using the same guy for all of my moves this is my 3rd move with the driver and my 5th move with North American.

They were great overall. Fabio the driver was amazing, he was in constant contact with us, he went out of his way to try to get our delivery ahead of schedule, and made sure everything went smoothly.

I was very happy with the move. They did everything they said they would do, but the items are still in storage.

The entire process went well. I was dissatisfied with how wide the del window of 13 days was. I would have preferred the start date pushed back or a narrower window for delivery.

I've used North American before this was my second time. I had a couple special needs in regards to how a couple of items should be packed and my instructions were followed.

NAVL packing was extremely well done. I thought they were going to deliver my belonging on a different date so I felt it may have been some communication issues either on my behalf or theirs.

I would say we have had experience with Rick Tondon and he did our move. We had contacted him to see if he could help us with our move and he referred us to North American Van Lines. I Dealt with a regional supervisor.

I guess the overall process from beginning to end. The communication was outstanding. Also when they told me a time they were on time.

I used North American several times before and the person we used in Chicago was outstanding and made sure everything that was promised was done.

Everyone was communicative, personable and took a lot of pride in their work. We were truly impressed.
